We process beef, hogs, and lamb under USDA inspection, February 1st thru March 15th each year.

Beef will hang 42 days
Hogs will hang 14-18 days
Lamb will hang 14-18 days
It may appear to be a small point; but, We scrape the bone dust off each cut before packaging.
We first apply a 2 mil film and then wrap double-wrap with Kold-Lok paper! Small cost for big savings!
When your order is complete, we box your order with an easy to handle box type for convenience and safe handling.
It's Simple! We know all about the needs of animal producers; we raise Prime Beef, Magnalitsa Pork, Broiler Chickens, and Katahdin/Dorper and St. Croix Registered Lamb each year on our own 96-acre farm.
