We have a fully functional butcher shop located in Deer Park, WI. We operate on a seasonal basis; open from April 1st through Labor Day!

1. We own the farm: we raise all the beef and chicken!
2. We DRY AGE our beef a minimum of 35 days.
(It's not a marketing gimmick, it's our STANDARD!)
3. If pork is your choice of meat, we make fresh brats every Thursday to be served on Friday and Saturday. We do this each and every week.....so no need to ask yourself, "how long" or "how old" or "is this fresh" type question. It's FRESH every week!
